1. Who buys the Universal Imports products?  

We offer our goods and services to those businesses involved within the funeral industry.  We do not sell to private individuals.  However, if you are an individual in need of our product contact one of our customer service representatives, Universal Imports will provide the names of funeral homes in your area that can purchase our products.

2. How does my business purchase goods from your company?

To place an order with Universal Imports, first, visit the Getting Started link on the homepage and complete a customer registration form.  At that point, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password.  Then, you can begin shopping with Universal Imports.  (This site is protected.)

3. How will I receive my order?

Universal Imports offers shipping via UPS.  Therefore, the products you purchase through our website can be delivered the next business day if you so desire, with weekend deliveries available.  Shipping fees do apply.

4. What are our products made of?

Universal Imports entire product line is manufactured of finest mahogany, oak, and pine woods.

5. Do you make oversize or undersize caskets?

We do not make oversized wooden caskets; however, we do offer a selection of undersized wooden caskets.  Visit our products page (hyperlink) or contact us (hyperlink) for details.

6. Can I meet with sales representative?

For those funeral businesses within the funeral industry that are interested in developing a relationship with Universal Imports, contact our sales representatives to schedule an appointment. 

7. Does Universal Imports sell metal caskets?

Yes, however, Universal Imports does not manufacture its own metal caskets.  Therefore we only service those funeral homes in the state of Alabama. 

8. How does Universal Imports ship the metal caskets it sells?

Our delivery trucks regularly service our Alabama clientele Monday-Friday.  If you are in the funeral industry in Alabama, and would like to be placed on the Universal Imports trucking schedule contact a member of our staff for details.
