Located in Hayneville, Ala. Universal Imports Inc., began serving the funeral industry in 2003.  Like most upstart companies, Universal Imports was known only to the “word of mouth” clientele it was fortunate to come by. However, after 4 years of exceptional products, dedicated customer service, along with competitive pricing, Universal Imports still provides handcrafted wooden caskets and urns to those businesses within the funeral industry. 

Universal Imports entire product line is manufactured in Cochabomba, Bolivia where the finest mahogany, oak, and pine woods are harvested to provide quality caskets and urns.  In Bolivia, the Universal Imports staff uses their time perfected joinery skills to fabricate the exceptional products that we offer the funeral industry.  In the U.S. our staff comprises Licensed Funeral Directors that understand the funeral industry. Together the entire staff of Universal Imports has developed an extensive quality control program, which ensures our products exceed industry standards.
